work must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. 

2. Client Responsibilities 

The client is responsible for: 

* Providing accurate and complete information regarding the requested services. 

* Ensuring a safe and accessible work environment for our handymen. 

* Securing any necessary permits or approvals, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

* Making timely payments as outlined in the invoice. 

3. Payment Terms 

* A deposit of [e.g., 50%] may be required before work begins. * The final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified. 

* Payments can be made via [e.g., credit card, bank transfer, check]. * Late payments may incur a fee of 25% per month. 

4. Warranties and Guarantees Myhandyman LLC warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We offer a [e.g., 30-day] guarantee on our labor. This guarantee does not cover materials, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or neglect. 5. Limitation of Liability

client for the specific services in question. 

6. Cancellation Policy 

* Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service will not 

incur a fee. 

* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service 

may result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the estimated cost of the 

service. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MyhandymanLLC and is protected by copyright laws. 

8. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in 

accordance with the laws of Sacramento CA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Myhandyman LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website and services following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

Myhandyman LLC accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash payment USD. Myhandyman LLC are not responsible for any damages exsisting at your establishment, home etc. Myhandyman LLC reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. ​​
